1)Best out of Waste Competition: Rules
1.Eligibility:
• The competition is open to students from classes 10th to 12th.
2. Registration:
• Students must register themselves through the link: https://vibgyorviva.com/
• Registration fee: Rs300 per student
3. Submission Guidelines:
• Participants must create an innovative and creative item using waste materials.
• Submissions can be made in the form of a video or photo.
• Photos should include at least 3 clear images: one of the materials used, one of the creation process, and one of the final product.
4. Format and Upload:
• Photos should be in JPEG or PNG format and not exceed 100 KB per image.
• Submissions must be uploaded to the designated online platform provided by the organizing committee.
• Each submission should be labelled with the Registration number (to be provided during registration), Student’s name and school
5. Judging Criteria:
• Creativity and innovation: 40%
• Use of waste materials: 30%
• Presentation and clarity of the explanation: 20%
• Overall impact: 10%
6. General Rules:
• Each student can submit only one entry.
• Collaborative projects are not allowed; the creation must be the individual work of the participant.
• Use of hazardous or unsafe materials is strictly prohibited.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
7. Prizes and Recognition:
• Winners will be announced in different categories based on class (10th to 12th).
• Certificates of participation will be provided to all participants.
• Top 3 entries state-wise will receive special recognition and prizes in both categories.
8. Terms and Conditions:
• By participating in the competition, students agree to the rules and regulations.
• The organizers reserve the right to use the submitted videos/photos for promotional purposes.
