5) Rules and Regulations for Doodle Competition
1. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to students from classes 10th to 12th.
2. Registration:
• Students must register themselves through the link: https://vibgyorviva.com/
• Registration fee: ₹300 per student
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
3. Submission Guidelines:
• Participants must create an original doodle.
• The doodle can be created on paper using any medium of the participant’s choice.
• Submissions must include a clear photo of the doodle.
4. Format and Upload:
• Photos should be in JPEG or PNG format and not exceed 100 KB.
• Submissions must be uploaded to the designated online platform provided by the organizing committee.
• Each submission should be labelled with the Registration number ( to be provided during registration), Student’s name and school name.
5. Judging Criteria:
• Creativity and originality: 40%
• Artistic quality: 30%
• Concept and expression: 20%
• Overall impact: 10%
6. General Rules:
• Each student can submit only one entry.
• The doodle must be the individual work of the participant.
• Plagiarism or use of pre-made templates will result in disqualification.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
7. Prizes and Recognition:
• Winners will be announced in different categories based on class (10th to 12th).
• Certificates of participation will be provided to all participants.
• Top 3 entries state-wise will receive special recognition and prizes in both categories.
8. Terms and Conditions:
• By participating in the competition, students agree to the rules and regulations.
• The organizers reserve the right to use the submitted doodles for promotional purposes.
