8) Rules and Regulations for National Leaders Fancy Dress Competition
1. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to students from classes 10th to 12th.
2. Registration:
• Students must register themselves through the link: https://vibgyorviva.com/
• Registration fee: ₹400 per student
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
3. Submission Guidelines:
• Participants must dress up as a national leader of their choice.
• Submissions can be made in the form of a video or a series of photos.
• The video should be no longer than 1minute, showcasing the costume, and may include a brief speech or performance as the leader.
4. Format and Upload:
• Videos should be in MP4 format and not exceed 100 MB.
• Photos should be in JPEG or PNG format and not exceed 100 KB per image.
• Submissions must be uploaded to the designated online platform provided by the organizing committee.
• Each submission should be labelled with the Registration number (to be provided during registration), Student’s name and school
5. Judging Criteria:
• Accuracy and portrayal of the national leader: 40%
• Creativity and originality of the costume: 30%
• Presentation and performance: 20%
• Overall impact: 10%
6. General Rules:
• Each student can submit only one entry.
• The costume must be the individual work of the participant.
• Use of offensive or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
7. Prizes and Recognition:
• Winners will be announced in different categories based on class (10th to 12th).
• Certificates of participation will be provided to all participants.
• Top 3 entries state-wise will receive special recognition and prizes in both categories.
8. Terms and Conditions:
• By participating in the competition, students agree to the rules and regulations.
• The organizers reserve the right to use the submitted videos/photos for promotional purposes.
