6) Rules and Regulations for "Go with the Nature" Card-Making Competition
1. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to students from classes 6th to 9th.
2. Registration:
• Students must register themselves through the link: https://vibgyorviva.com/
• Registration fee: ₹300 per student
• Registration fees are non-refundable.

3. Submission Guidelines:
• Participants must create a card using only natural materials such as leaves, flowers, twigs, sand, stones, etc.
• Artificial or synthetic materials are not allowed.
• Submissions must include a clear photo of the completed card.
4. Format and Upload:
• Photos should be in JPEG or PNG format and not exceed 100 KB.
• Submissions must be uploaded to the designated online platform provided by the organizing committee.
• Each submission should be labelled with the Registration number ( to be provided during registration), Student’s name and school name.
5. Judging Criteria:
• Creativity and originality: 40%
• Use of natural materials: 30%
• Aesthetic appeal: 20%
• Overall impact: 10%
6. General Rules:
• Each student can submit only one entry.
• The card must be the individual work of the participant.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
7. Prizes and Recognition:
• Winners will be announced in different categories based on class ((6th to 9th).
• Certificates of participation will be provided to all participants.
• Top 3 entries state-wise will receive special recognition and prizes in both categories.
8. Terms and Conditions:
• By participating in the competition, students agree to the rules and regulations.
• The organizers reserve the right to use the submitted photos for promotional purposes.
