12)Rules and Regulations for "Voice of Brain" Extempore Competition
1. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to students from classes 6th to 9th.
2. Registration:
• Students must register themselves through the link: https://vibgyorviva.com/
• Registration fee: ₹300 per student
• Registration fees are non-refundable.

3. Submission Guidelines:
• Participants will deliver an extempore speech on a given topic.
• Topics will be assigned at the time of registration
• The speech must be delivered within a time limit of 1 to 2 minutes.
• Submissions must be made in video format, capturing the full speech.
4. Format and Upload:
• Videos should be in MP4 format and not exceed 100 MB.
• Submissions must be uploaded to the designated online platform provided by the organizing committee.
• Each submission should be labelled with the Registration number (to be provided during registration), Student’s name and school
5. Judging Criteria:
• Content relevance and clarity: 30%
• Organization and structure: 25%
• Delivery and presentation: 25%
• Creativity and originality: 20%
6. General Rules:
• Each student can submit only one entry.
• The extempore speech must be the individual work of the participant.
• Use of notes or aids during the speech is prohibited.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
7. Prizes and Recognition:
• Winners will be announced in different categories based on class ((6th to 9th).
• Certificates of participation will be provided to all participants.
• Top 3 entries state-wise will receive special recognition and prizes in both categories.
8. Terms and Conditions:
• By participating in the competition, students agree to the rules and regulations.
• The organizers reserve the right to use the submitted videos for promotional purposes.
