1.Participants must report to school 30 minutes before the competition

2.Participants are required to bring the essential materials.

3.Participants can use ice cream sticks, newspapers, empty cartons, old plastic bangles, small, dried twigs, bottle caps, straws, coconut shells, dry fruit shells, feathers, old greeting cards, old brushes, and other waste materials.

4.The participants must arrange all materials required for assembling the costume and dressing up, e.g., adhesive, stapler, scissors, paint, palettes, and water bowls.

5.No child should be dressed with any waste material before the competition.

6.The judgement will be based on how effectively the waste/recycled material is.

7.Failure to meet any criteria will lead to immediate disqualification.

8.The judges’ decision will be final and binding.
