General Rules: (Online)

1. Register online at www.vibgyorviva.com and secure your spot.
2. Each participant is limited to showcasing a single talent.

3. Schools, academies, or institutes may submit participants without restriction.
4. Participants must be aged between 11 to 18 years only.
5. Group performances must not exceed 10 members.
6. Any discrepancy in age/identity proof will result in immediate disqualification.
7. Participants may represent schools, academies, or institutes from age group 11-18 years.
8. Participants must strictly adhere to the specified time limit for each round and must not exceed it.
9. Commencing from the Accelerate (Knockout Round), participants are not allowed to repeat any acts or music tracks.
10. The event organisers reserve the right to change the rules.
11. The organizers maintain the right to document performances through video recording, photography, or live streaming for promotional initiatives.
12. The decision made by the judges is final and conclusive.
13. Participants must wear modest and appropriate costumes/dresses. Participants wearing revealing or offensive outfits will face immediate disqualification.
14. Inappropriate language, gestures, or content will lead to immediate disqualification.
15. Participants are strictly prohibited from incorporating props such as fire, gas, smoke, snow, colour confetti, or any hazardous items.
16. Refrain from offensive, insensitive, explicit, or high-risk performances.
17. It is mandatory for finalists to send an image of their grand finale dress/costume to the event coordinators for approval, with a deadline of 15 days prior to the event.
18. Failure to meet any criteria will lead to immediate disqualification.
19. Participants must upload their performance videos on www.vibgyorviva.com. The videos should be renamed in the specified format (Full name of the participant_ country name _city name_ type of talent) prior to submission.
20. Record your performance video in a well-lit area against a clear background.
21. Participants are responsible for the quality and content of their video submissions.
22. Performance video should be in HD MP4 format, 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels). Maximum file size: up to 250 MB.

24. Travel and accommodation will be provided for participants who make it to the Semi-Finale Round and Grand Finale. Look out for a detailed itinerary to be sent 15 days prior to the event.
25. Round 1 Online Qualifiers must pay for their own travel fees if they choose to compete offline in the following round.
26. Online competition will have 3 rounds, each setting the stage for extraordinary talent to shine. With a captivating Semi-Finale Round and an unforgettable Grand Finale, contenders are poised to carve their path to greatness. Online Participation (Overseas):

1. Overseas participants can send their performance video via email at [email protected].
2. Record your performance video in a well-lit area against a clear background.
3. Participants must wear modest and appropriate costumes/dresses, avoiding any revealing or offensive outfits.
4. Participants selected for the Grand Finale will be provided accommodation and food. A detailed itinerary will be shared 15 days prior to the event.
5. Participants must strictly adhere to the guidelines to avoid disqualification, and they are responsible for the quality and content of their video submissions.
6. Performance video should be in HD MP4 format, 720p (1280 x 720 pixels) to 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels). Maximum File Size: Up to 250 MB.
7. Submission period: 1st September 2023 to 10th October 2023.
