General Guidelines

1. Examination Date: The exact date of the examination will be informed by the school.
2. Eligibility: Students must meet the age and grade criteria set by the exam organizers.
3. Registration: All registrations must be completed before the deadline. Late entries are not accepted.
4. Fees: Exam fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before registration closes.
5. Admit Cards: Students must carry their admit cards for offline exams.

Online Exams

1. Technical Requirements: Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and the required software.
2. Login Credentials: Credentials must be kept confidential and should not be shared with others.
3. Timely Login: Students must log in at least 10-15 minutes before the exam starts. Late logins may not be permitted.
4. Prohibited Actions: Switching tabs, using external help, or any form of malpractice will result in disqualification.
5. Webcam & Microphone: If required, students must keep their webcam and microphone on for proctoring.

Offline Exams

1. Reporting Time: Students must arrive at the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the start time.
2. Materials Allowed: Only permitted stationery, as specified by the exam guidelines, is allowed inside the hall.
3. Exam Conduct: No talking, copying, or using unauthorized materials. Any misconduct will lead to disqualification.
4. Leaving the Exam Hall: Students are not allowed to leave the exam hall before the stipulated time.
5. Answer Sheets Submission: All answer sheets must be submitted before leaving the hall.

Results & Certificates

1. Result Declaration: Results will be announced as per the exam body's timeline.
2. Discrepancies: Any concerns regarding results must be reported within the specified time.
3. Certificates: Certificates will be distributed as per the organizing body's process.
